Lance looks like a little kid! I wonder if that will be Tobin's fate? But then, I think I prefer the little kid look to the "Don't Talk to me Because I am Way Older Than You" look.

Holy cow, that is one good black male picture. Now I know why he shaves his head. No wonder he can't grow a mustache, he still has not hit puberty yet. J/K
now i know why he can't have hair. lance will be proud, kyle has joined the no hair club since he has started police academy. ahhhh!
Ha ha! Lance really does look 12! Funny funny, To this day he still looks young for his age. He should be grateful though that he still can't grow facial hair, Barry is almost to the point where he has to shave twice in one day....YIKES! You look beautiful as always!
