I celebrated my 28th birthday by taking the kids swimming with friends and later getting together with my remaining family. It was Matt's last night in the country-- before joining my parents in Prague.

Kira, please don't hate me. I have been an awful friend because I didn't call you on your Birthday. I want to make myself clear I did not forget your birthday I just forgot to call. I am not trying to give excuses I am simply telling you I have four kids and my memory is shot. Happy Birthday! I love your blog.
