Nothing to Say

You know... when my friends started making blogs of their own, I thought it was a great idea. However, I did not think I could have one myself because I had far too little going on to captivate the interest of even my closest friends and family. After a new baby and a great trip out west, I, at last broke down and created this blog. Fast forward several months: the baby is adorable but no longer a novelty and the pictures of the vacation have been exhausted. It turns out my initial hesitations to create a Rasmussen family blog were indeed well founded. I have run out of things to say. Until inspiration strikes, here are some great pictures that our friend Matt took of the kids.

A Day in the Life (yawn)

Okay, here comes the "super-boring" part: At the request of my parents, who are currently living in Prague, I spent the day taking pictures of my kids. The pictures chronicle the following events:

Zoie in time out- Unfortunately, this is a daily occurrence!

Zoie watching a "woovie"- Zoie loves movies and always insists on eating popcorn at the same time. Her favorite movies are Shrek 1,2, &3.

Tobin sleeping with his teddy bear- Nap time (a.k.a. "Mom Time") is awesome.

Zoie pestering Bluto- Since Tobin's too small and George is too lazy, Zoie spends much of her time playing with Bluto. This entails chasing him, yelling at him, riding him, and bossing him around. He's a good sport.
Tobin playing- He's got such a great smile!

That's our day! Having written it down, it looks far less busy than it feels.
